CE STATEMENT for the 2026 LeadingAge Ohio Hospice Pre-Conference Sessions:

Up to 6.25 clock hours. BELTSS; Up to 1.25 clock hours, Social Work, and Up to 7.5 CPE credits will be awarded upon successful completion. 

Criteria for successful completion and receipt of clock hours:

  • Attendance at entire session(s) and completion and submission of the certificate of attendance/CE record form at the end the day to the event registration table.
  • Participants will receive clock hours/CPE credits only for the session(s) attended as indicated with the code on the certificate of attendance/CE record form

HOURS BY DAY

Tuesday, August 25: up to 5.25 clock hours, BELTSS up to 2.75 clock hours Social Work; up to 6.3 CPE credits.

Wednesday, August 26: up to 5.5 clock hours BELTSS; up to 5.5 clock hours Social Work, up to 6.6 CPE credits.

Thursday, August 27: up to 3.75 clock hours BELTSS; up to 3.75 clock hours Social Work; up to 4.5 CPE credits

Criteria for successful completion and receipt of clock/CPE credits per day:

  • Attendance at entire session(s) and completion and submission of the certificate of attendance/CE record form at the end of each day to the registration table.
  • Participants will receive clock hours/CPE credits only for the session(s) attended as indicated on the certificate of attendance/CE record form.
  • Social Workers must sign in each day of attendance at the registration desk to receive continuing education credit.
