Trade show registration opening June 1st.
Connect with sector leaders at the LeadingAge Ohio annual trade show! The trade show is well-loved by conference attendees and typically sells out year after year. Exhibitors are afforded the opportunity to meet top decision makers
during trade show hours and during the always-fun Game Night early Wednesday evening.
Only a finite number of spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Trade Show Information
Important Exhibitor Information:
Registration: Opens June 1, 2026
Booth Access Points: Entry and exit to the trade show floor will be permitted between booths 1/24, 21/22, and 18/19. See the Trade Show Map below.
Booth Placement Policy: Competing vendors (e.g., pharmacy companies) will not be placed side by side or directly across from one another.
Booth Preferences: Only LeadingAge Ohio Business Firm Members can select their booth placement. All other exhibitors will have their booths assigned after they choose their booth price.
Booth Size & Inclusions: 8′ wide x 6′ deep with a skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. All materials must fit within the allotted space. Electricity and other add-ons will be available through the Electronic Exhibitor Kit closer to the event.
Booth Pricing:
- Green – $1199 Member/$1999 Nonmember
- Purple – $1099 Member/$1899 Nonmember
- Blue – $999 Member/$1799 Nonmember
